Therapy for Pregnancy and Postpartum

Motherhood can bring meaningful change—and it can also feel overwhelming, disorienting, or heavier than expected. Many women find themselves feeling anxious, emotionally stretched, or disconnected from themselves while trying to conceive, during pregnancy, or after giving birth.

Maternal Mind Therapy offers a steady, supportive space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and feel less alone in it. Therapy is collaborative, grounded, and paced with care for the realities of early parenthood.
